While the magnificent Mountain Nyala is the premier and most sought-after game animal in Ethiopia, one cannot ignore the long list of unique and diverse game also available here. We only work in the best areas.

Mountain Nyala is hunted in Odo Bulu and one or two other areas. Other regions for different species include Bahi, Omo Valley, Web Gorge, Sala and Alutu.  Success is very high on all species however Abyssinian Bushbuck can sometimes be challenging. As there are so many areas, add-ons and extension options along with such a long list of available game, we will only list the main hunts here so please contact Safari Outfitters for full and complete details and allow us to write up a customized safari for you.  The country of Ethiopia does not have the trophy fee system used in other countries, rather issuing a hunting license for that animal in advance.  Over the last year or so this outfitter has implemented a Community Trophy Fee (CTF) system whereby the local communities realize money for hunts conducted in their areas.
